Building A Generation Of Emerging Leaders Who Redefine Leadership
"It's persistence. It's that certain little spirit that compels you to stick it out just when you're at your
most tired. It's that quality that forces you to persevere, find the route around the stone wall."
– Estée Lauder
Our brand has been redefining leadership for more than 75 years. This started with our founder, Mrs. Estée Lauder, a true trailblazer who believed in the power of women. Estée encouraged women to realize their infinite possibilities, and her legacy lives on through our commitment to challenge gender stereotypes in leadership and support a new generation of emerging women leaders.
Today, through the Estee Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, we invest in organizations that provide opportunities for leadership development, cultivate supportive communities, and advocate for emerging leaders who have a darting vision for change. These efforts focus on elevating the qualities that truly define leadership—integrity, dedication, and reliability—qualities that transcend gender and are at the heart of our brand.
Emerging Leaders Fund Legal Statement The Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund is a charitable fund of the Estée Lauder Companies Charitable Foundation, a U.S. based charity incorporated and tax exempt in the United States of America.
